Wendy Baisley Roache recently retired from a successful career as vice president of business operations in the healthcare industry. She enjoys teaching communication techniques for the workplace, state and local public service groups including volunteer and chaplaincy programs. Wendy received training through Saddleback Church’s lay-counseling program. She also has facilitated various recovery groups and currently plays a role in leadership for her local Community Bible Study, an International ministry. A mother of two grown children, the author resides in California with her husband.
